Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can track your package's progress directly through the carrier.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (US Orders)
All applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees for US orders are calculated and included in your total at checkout. This means there are no additional charges due upon delivery — the price you pay at checkout is the full, final price.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement or your package appears delayed, please check the tracking status first. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your building's front desk before contacting us. If your package remains missing 7+ business days after being marked delivered, or if it appears genuinely lost in transit, contact us at hello@vantarafashion.com and we'll open a trace with the carrier. VANTARA is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout.
