RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your VANTARA pieces. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Items returned after 14 days or in worn/washed condition are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at hello@vantarafashion.com to begin your return. Please do not send items back without first reaching out — we'll confirm eligibility and provide instructions before you ship anything.
Exchanges
We offer full exchanges for a different size of the same item. Exchanges for a different style or color are not currently available — in that case, please return your original item and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
Return Shipping
- Change of mind or wrong size ordered: return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received: VANTARA covers return shipping in full
- If your order is affected by a customs refusal or return, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and any refund issued will reflect the original shipping cost deducted
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us at hello@vantarafashion.com with a photo of the issue. Once confirmed, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost. If a replacement isn't available, we'll issue a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Timing beyond that may vary slightly depending on your bank or card provider. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Order Cancellations
Orders that haven't shipped yet can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — please wait for delivery and initiate a standard return instead.
